A detailed tribal border rug with the essence of a favourite antique Heriz design, its motifs entwining around the borders in an earthy palette of reds, oranges and greens. A characterful piece for an entry, hallway or study.
Founded by James Tufenkian in New York, the brand hand-cards, hand-spins and hand-knots its rugs in Nepal from Tibetan highland wool that keeps its natural lanolin, which helps the pile resist soil and stains.
From the maker: Tufenkian's Floral Heriz is a tribal border design with the essence of a favourite antique Heriz, its motifs entwining around the borders in an earthy palette of Himalayan wool.

Care and character
Care and character
Hand-knotted and hand-tufted rugs show slight variations in colour, pattern and dimension; they are part of the piece. Vacuum without a beater bar, rotate once or twice a year, and use a rug pad on hard floors. Blot spills immediately with a clean, damp cloth; for anything more, use a professional rug cleaner.
Delivery, returns and damage
