Where we ship
We currently ship within Canada only, from our warehouse at 700 King Edward Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive tracking by email when your rug ships.
Rates and carriers
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and rug size. Rugs are shipped rolled and wrapped by Canada Post, UPS or FedEx; oversized rugs may ship by freight, in which case we will confirm the method and timing with you before dispatch.
Delivery estimates
Business days after dispatch; these are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather and seasonal volume.
- Manitoba and Saskatchewan: 1–3
- Alberta and Ontario: 3–5
- British Columbia, Quebec and Atlantic Canada: 5–7
- Remote and rural addresses: add 1–3
Local pickup
Pickup at our Winnipeg warehouse can be selected at checkout. We will email you when your rug is ready, usually within 24 hours, and confirm a time. We are not a showroom and are not open to walk-in visitors.
Damaged or lost shipments
Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the rug and packaging; see our Refund & Return Policy. If tracking shows a shipment as lost, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier.
