How buying works

1. Choose from what is actually here

Every listing on this site is a single, one-of-a-kind rug on a shelf in our warehouse at 700 King Edward Street, Winnipeg. What you see is the rug you receive: measured size, real photographs, front and back.

2. Ask before you buy

Because all sales are final, we want you to be certain. Email contact@bmdmaterials.com or use the contact form and we will send extra photographs, a short video or a measurement — usually within one business day. Include the item number shown on the product page (for example RUG-11).

3. Shipped across Canada

We ship within Canada only. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and shipped rolled and wrapped; shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and rug size. Pickup at our Winnipeg warehouse can be selected at checkout and is usually ready within 24 hours.

4. All sales are final

Because every rug is one of a kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If a rug arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the rug and packaging and we will open a claim with the carrier. See our Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy.
