This website is operated by Area Rugs Direct. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Area Rugs Direct. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink. 1. Products & Pricing

Area Rugs Direct sells one-of-a-kind, high-end area rugs held in stock at our Winnipeg warehouse. All products are in stock and ship from our Winnipeg warehouse.

We make every effort to display accurate descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to change or update product information at any time without prior notice.

All pricing is in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.

2. Orders & Payment

By placing an order through our site, you represent that you are legally authorized to use the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to availability, pricing discrepancies, or suspicion of fraud.

Full payment is required at the time of checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

All rugs are shipped directly from our Winnipeg facility to addresses within Canada; we do not currently ship outside Canada. Shipping times may vary depending on location but are typically fulfilled within 1–3 business days.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events. Once an item is shipped, tracking details will be provided.

4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

If your item is damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographic evidence, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

5. Accuracy of Information

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content on our website is error-free. Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other information are provided to the best of our knowledge but are subject to change.

Area Rugs Direct shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from reliance on information contained on this site.

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and design elements—is the property of Area Rugs Direct and may not be used, copied, or distributed without express written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the website, its servers, or networks. Unauthorized use, data scraping, or fraud attempts will result in immediate account suspension and legal action.
