The Barbary is an abstract, landscape-inspired design in charcoal and natural tones, with soft transitions between the darker and lighter areas rather than hard edges. At just under ten by eight feet it is a generous size for a living room seating area or a large bedroom, and the quiet palette sits comfortably with both modern and traditional furniture.
Feizy is a Dallas-based rug house founded in 1973 by John Feizy and is one of the larger fine-rug importers and manufacturers in North America.

Hand-knotted and hand-tufted rugs show slight variations in colour, pattern and dimension; they are part of the piece. Vacuum without a beater bar, rotate once or twice a year, and use a rug pad on hard floors. Blot spills immediately with a clean, damp cloth; for anything more, use a professional rug cleaner.

We ship within Canada from our Winnipeg warehouse. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and rug size. All sales are final: because every rug is one of a kind, we cannot offer returns or exchanges, so please ask us for extra photos or a video before you order. If a rug arrives damaged, email photos of the rug and packaging to contact@bmdmaterials.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will start a carrier claim with you.
