A teal-blue field carries floral medallions and stylised vines in cream, rust, olive and gold, framed by a soft beige border that adds warmth and balance. At just under ten feet long and four feet wide, this wide runner suits a long hallway, an entrance or a narrow room that needs colour and a classic pattern.
Tufenkian rugs are hand-carded, hand-spun and hand-knotted in Nepal from Tibetan highland wool that keeps its natural lanolin, which helps the pile resist soil and stains. The company was founded by James Tufenkian in New York.

Hand-knotted and hand-tufted rugs show slight variations in colour, pattern and dimension; they are part of the piece. Vacuum without a beater bar, rotate once or twice a year, and use a rug pad on hard floors. Blot spills immediately with a clean, damp cloth; for anything more, use a professional rug cleaner.

We ship within Canada from our Winnipeg warehouse. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and rug size. All sales are final: because every rug is one of a kind, we cannot offer returns or exchanges, so please ask us for extra photos or a video before you order. If a rug arrives damaged, email photos of the rug and packaging to contact@bmdmaterials.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will start a carrier claim with you.
